Shipping Policy

• Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Express shipping is available, delivering within 2–5 business days.

• Shipping Charges: Flat-rate shipping applies, with free shipping on orders over a certain amount (e.g., PKR 5,000).

• Order Tracking: Every order comes with a tracking number so you can easily check your delivery status online.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Return Window: Returns can be requested within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

• Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.

• Exchange Option: Exchanges are available for size, design, or item mismatches.

Note: Custom-made or personalized jewellery items are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
